Returns & Refunds Policy

At Parisa Noor, we take great care in creating and packaging our pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and hair accessories are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Parisa Noor cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (where available), or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance or Non-Returnable

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it in line with this policy and place a new order.
